I am a real estate agent in Las Vegas. I have been representing clients in buying and selling properties for over seven years.
I am fluent in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia). I am also one of the few Indonesian real estate agents located in Las Vegas.
I have Bachelor Degrees in Hotel & Restaurant Management as well as Management Information System with minor in Finance.
My years of experience have allowed me to develop and hone the hallmark qualities and skills necessary in order to be an effective real estate agent – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network.
I have been certified by the Council of Residential Specialists as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – a designation that is obtained only by REALTORS® who demonstrate outstanding professional achievements ― including high-volume sales ― and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. In addition, I have been certified by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) – a designation reserved for those real estate agents who demonstrate a level of knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence that is critical for representing affluent buyers and sellers in the buying and selling of luxury homes. With the real estate business changing every day, I continuously strive to stay on the forefront through networking, education, and embracing the latest technologies all of which help improve the way I do business.
