I am real estate agent in Las Vegas. I have been representing clients in buying and selling properties for over five years.
I grew up on the Indonesian island of Lombok, just west of Bali. I am the oldest of four children. Both of my parents ran their own businesses – my father was a contractor and my mother a hotel-restaurant manager. They both instilled in me the entrepreneurial drive to succeed in business as well the importance of hard work and dedication.
In 1992, I traveled thousands of miles from home in order to attend college in the United States. After a year of college in New Jersey, I transferred to the University of Nevada – Las Vegas in order to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management. After obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree, I worked for several Las Vegas hotel chains until deciding to go back to UNLV to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems.
After graduating, I opened up my own restaurant in Las Vegas. The restaurant specialized in offering authentic Indonesian cuisine – the first Indonesian restaurant in Las Vegas. During this time, I had the opportunity to meet and talk with numerous patrons from Las Vegas as well as many other parts of the country. When I saw the number of people that were looking to find a home in Las Vegas, I decided to become a real estate agent – and I’ve been doing it ever since.
My years of experience have allowed me to develop and hone the hallmark qualities and skills necessary in order to be an effective real estate agent – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network.
I have been certified by the Council of Residential Specialists as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – a designation that is obtained only by REALTORS® who demonstrate outstanding professional achievements ― including high-volume sales ― and pursue advanced training in areas such as finance, marketing and technology. In addition, I have been certified by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) – a designation reserved for those real estate agents who demonstrate a level of knowledge, experience, competence, and confidence that is critical for representing affluent buyers and sellers in the buying and selling of luxury homes. With the real estate business changing every day, I continuously strive to stay on the forefront through networking, education, and embracing the latest technologies all of which help improve the way I do business.
My philosophy is to treat the clients the way I would want to be treated. Buying and selling a home can be a very stressful transaction. I work hard to go above and beyond what most real estate agents do for their clients in order to help make the transaction be as smooth as possible. I've found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. I work alongside the client at every step of the transaction, which is why my slogan is On Your Side Every Step of the Way®.
In addition, I also pride myself on being available to the client long after the transaction has closed. My vast array of contacts in the business allow me to provide a range of services to clients after the transaction closes. I understand and appreciate the importance of referrals in this business and strive every day to establish a relationship with my clients that will make my services noteworthy and memorable so that they will pass along my names to their friends and family. A referral is the highest compliment that I can receive from a client and I work hard to ensure that the trust my clients bestow upon me is not taken for granted.
